Technology Innovation and Optimization

In-depth cooperation has been made with universities in production and research to advance the layout of advanced technologies in the industry. The three key process routes of "harmless disassembly of battery", "wet recovery of iron lithium", and "ternary wet recovery" were optimized. The element recovery rate was improved and recovery costs were reduced through four innovative improvements, including safety and green, selective lithium extraction, process short-range, and full element recovery. Among them, costs of ternary recycling were reduced by 8% compared to the same industry, and costs for iron lithium recycling were reduced by 5% compared to the same industry.
